Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
The Embassy Theatre operates a no exchange/no refunds Policy
1. We will only refund tickets if the performance or event has been cancelled
2. A ticket cannot be refunded in adverse weather conditions if a performance or event still goes ahead
3. No refund for pre - booked tickets can be made on the announcement of a subsequent special offer
If you are unable to attend a performance we are happy to make your tickets available for resale under the following conditions:
1. Resale can not be guaranteed and the venues remaining tickets will always take priority
2. Resales are made entirely at the discretion of the Box Office Management
Lost Or Replacement Tickets
1. Identification may be required to issue replacement tickets
Group Bookings
1. A 10% discount is available on most performances for groups of 10 or more
2. Group Bookings cannot be made online, please contact the Box Office to make your booking
Family Tickets
1. A Family ticket consists of either 2 Adults and 2 Children or 1 Adult and 3 Children
2. Family Tickets are not available to purchase online, please contact the Box Office to make your booking
3. Family tickets incur a single handling fee
Concessions
1. Concessions are not necessarily available at all performances
2. Children’s tickets apply to those aged 14 and under
3. Senior Citizen tickets apply to those aged 60 or over
4. Student tickets apply to those age 15 and upwards on production of a valid NSU card
5. Lap tickets are available for children under the age of 2 years
6. Proof of age may be required when presenting concession tickets
Reservations
1. Reservations are held for a maximum of 14 days, tickets not purchased within this time will be released without further notice
Handling Fee
1. A handling fee per ticket applies regardless of payment method
2. A Family Ticket incurs a single handling fee
3. Why do we charge a Handling Fee?
Less than 1/3 of ticket revenue comes to the Theatre, in order to continue to bring top quality acts at reasonable prices we must cover our ticketing costs. The handling fee is added on top of the face value of each ticket and subsequently comes directly to the theatre as intended. Thank you for your continued support.
Data Protection
For your protection and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we only take your address in order that we can:
1. Contact you in the event of cancellation
2. Authorise a credit or debit card transaction
3. Post your tickets
4. Keep you informed of our future events
5. We will not share your information with a third party unless there is a legal obligation to do so
